24.    如因任何網絡、電話或技術失誤或問題或因其他不可歸責於新鴻基地產、The Point by SHKP、威信停車場、帝豪停車場及Let's Park Company (Hong Kong) Limited事由，而使合資格客戶所獲得之積分有遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損，新鴻基地產、The Point、威信停車場、帝豪停車場及Let's Park Company (Hong Kong) Limited均不負任何責任。
25.    The Point、威信停車場、帝豪停車場及Let's Park Company (Hong Kong) Limited 有權隨時更改上述條款，恕不另行通知。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFERS

1.    This promotion is valid from 20 August to 30 November 2025, both dates inclusive (refers to“Entire Promotion Period”)
2.    Customers must be existing members of both The Point (the membership scheme managed and operated by Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited ("SHK Real")("The Point" / "The Point members”) and Let's Park to participate in this promotion.
3.    The vehicle must not have used a monthly parking service at Wilson Parking or Imperial Parking in the two months prior to the booking date.

4.    To be eligible for the discount and offers, the vehicle must be a private electric car.
5.    Booking Procedure
To obtain the discount and offers, customers must follow the steps below to complete the booking:

a) Access the promotion page via the designated link: https://www.letsparkpromotion.com/thepointexclusiveoffer
b) Select your preferred monthly parking service 
c) Enter your license plate number and The Point membership number for eligibility verification
d) Obtain your exclusive promo code (each code can only be used once)
e) Complete the booking on Let's Park platform and enter the promo code at the payment page

6.    The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

7.    The offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

8.    The offers are only applicable to monthly parking bookings with a booking period of 3 consecutive months. Tenants may choose their parking service start date at their discretion. However, all agreements must conclude on the last day of a month. The latest available start date for booking is January 1, 2026.

9.    The first month's rent is due at the time of reservation. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the registered credit card on the 26th day of each month. For periods of less than a full month at the start of the service:
Pro-rata charges will apply based on the original daily rates from the start date to the end of the month.
The following month's parking fee will be charged after deducting any first-month discounts.
10.    Once the booking is confirmed, the parking fee will be based on the amount listed at the time of the transaction. Any price changes and/or discounts made after the booking confirmation will not be applied.

11.    Booking cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances affecting the parking space/vehicle, such as flooding or the parking lot being closed.

12.    Monthly parking fees must be paid by valid credit card (Visa / Mastercard). 
13.    Before confirming your booking, customers should clearly understand whether the booked space is reserved or non-reserved, covered or open-air, and whether the space requires the use of a vehicle lift, etc. 
14.    The parking space provider reserves the right to update the pricing of spaces on different platforms or plans at any time without prior notice.

15.    Each eligible customer is entitled to receive the offer once during the promotional period. 
16.    Customers must provide a valid and accurate The Point membership number via the designated page and  submit successfully for the registration to be counted. If the membership number provided is invalid or inaccurate, resulting in the bonus points and EV charging e-vouchers not being credited to the customer’s The Point membership account, no reissue or further notice will be made.

17.    The Point bonus points and EV charging e-vouchers will be automatically credited to the eligible customer's designated The Point membership account on or before the 14th day of the next calendar month following each successful monthly parking payment.

18.     Eligible customer must use the EV charging e-voucher within the validity period stated on the e-voucher. The e-voucher will automatically expire after the specified date and can only be redeemed at the following designated locations:
