Customers must be existing members of both The Point (the membership scheme managed and operated by Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited ("SHK Real")("The Point" / "The Point members”) and Let's Park to participate in this promotion.

​The vehicle must not have used a monthly parking service at Wilson Parking or Imperial Parking in the two months prior to the booking date.

Booking Procedure 
To obtain the discount and offers, customers must follow the steps below to complete the booking:
a) Access the promotion page via the designated link: https://www.letsparkpromotion.com/thepoint2026-parking 
b) Select your preferred monthly parking service  
c) Enter your license plate number and The Point membership number for eligibility verification 
d) Obtain your exclusive promo code (each code can only be used once) 
e) Complete the booking on Let's Park platform and enter the promo code at the payment page 

The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

The offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

The offers are only applicable to monthly parking bookings with a booking period of 3 consecutive months or more. Tenants may choose their parking service start date at their discretion. However, all agreements must conclude on the last day of a month. The latest available start date for booking is September 1, 2026.

The first month's rent is due at the time of reservation. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the registered credit card on the 26th day of each month. For periods of less than a full month at the start of the service: 
a) Pro-rata charges will apply based on the original daily rates from the start date to the end of the month. 
b) The following month's parking fee will be charged after deducting any first-month discounts.

Once the booking is confirmed, the parking fee will be based on the amount listed at the time of the transaction. Any price changes and/or discounts made after the booking confirmation will not be applied.

Booking cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances affecting the parking space/vehicle, such as flooding or the parking lot being closed.

Monthly parking fees must be paid by valid credit card (Visa / Mastercard). 

Before confirming your booking, customers should clearly understand whether the booked space is reserved or non-reserved, covered or open-air, and whether the space requires the use of a vehicle lift, etc. 

The parking space provider reserves the right to update the pricing of spaces on different platforms or plans at any time without prior notice.

Each eligible customer is entitled to receive the offer once during the promotional period. 

Customers must provide a valid and accurate The Point membership number via the designated page and  submit successfully for the registration to be counted. If the membership number provided is invalid or inaccurate, resulting in the bonus points not being credited to the customer’s The Point membership account, no reissue or further notice will be made.

​The Point accumulation will be automatically credited to the eligible customer's designated The Point membership account on or before the 14th day of the month following the start of the rental period:
a) 30,000 points will be awarded for each of the first two months of the rental period;
b) 40,000 points will be awarded in the third month;
c) Additionally, if the total paid monthly parking fees reach the specified amount of HK$10,000 in a qualifying month, an extra 100,000 points will be awarded on or before the 14th day of the following month.

In the event of the deletion of The Point mobile app account or the change of mobile phone number by the customer, resulting in the loss of related points, no reissuance or compensation will be provided.

If there are any disputes regarding the use of The Point points, The Point and Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited reserve the right of final decision.

Reward  – Wilson Parking Hourly Parking e-coupon 
a)   Hourly Parking e-coupon will be issued on a monthly basis, with 4 Hourly Parking e-coupons per month for 3 consecutive months (a total of 12 Hourly Parking e-coupons). The Hourly Parking e-coupons for each month will be credited to the eligible customer’s Wilson Parking mobile application membership account automatically on or before the 14th day of the month following the commencement of the relevant monthly rental period.
b)   Customers must have installed and updated the Wilson Parking mobile application prior to the issuance of the Hourly Parking e-coupon. Non‑Wilson members must complete membership registration via the Wilson Parking mobile application before the issuance of the Hourly Parking e-coupon, using the same mobile phone number and email address provided at the time of booking. Customers must also add the vehicle license plate number provided at the time of booking under “My Vehicles” in order to receive the Hourly Parking e-coupon.
c)  If the Hourly Parking e-coupon cannot be successfully credited to the member’s account due to inaccurate or incomplete membership registration details, or failure to add the vehicle license plate number provided at the time of booking under “My Vehicles”, no reissue, replacement, or compensation will be made, and no further notice will be given.
d)  Customers must use the Hourly Parking e-coupon within the validity period specified on the coupon. Upon expiry, the coupon will automatically become invalid. The applicable locations include the following designated areas:
